We deliver products Australia wide using Australia Post. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product, type of delivery e.g. express or normal post and your location. A signature is not normally required but we encourage you to provide an address where someone is able to receive your parcel. Australian orders. Will be delivered by Australia Post usually within 3-4 business days, with delivery charges shown on this website. International orders. Dispatched using Australia Post with delivery charges shown on this website. Normally allow 10-20 business days, (excluding customs delays) for a delivery outside Australia.
If the customer has made an error in typing the wrong address causing the parcel to be returned to Aloe Vera of Australia Pty Ltd, the customer must prepay the postage cost prior to their order being re-mailed. If the address provided by the customer was incorrect and the product is lost in transit no refund will be authorized.
Aloe Vera of Australia’s products are manufactured to strict quality assurance standards and compliant to GMP and when dispatched to you our customer, are in perfect condition. Product can be returned or exchanged, should it be damaged in transit.
