We deliver products Australia wide using Australia Post. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product, type of delivery e.g. express or normal post and your location. These variations will be taken into consideration whilst determining delivery prices which will be applied in the shopping cart.
Orders are despatched every Thursday morning with shipping times estimated between 2 – 14 working days depending on your location within Australia.

Orders Aloe Vera of Australia Pty Ltd receives for delivery outside of Australia are not subject to domestic GST. This component of your order will be removed before final calculation of your order.

If the receiving customer is charged customs or duty that charge is to be paid by the customer. Aloe Vera of Australia Pty Ltd takes no responsibility for any further/additional charges to the customer. Nor does Aloe Vera of Australia Pty Ltd accept any responsibility for Customs delay or confiscation, and will not provide a refund or exchange as a result of this occurrence.
Delivery & shipping
The order filling department of Aloe Vera of Australia Pty Ltd dispatches orders on Thursday mornings each week. We usually ship orders eParcel through Australia Post. A signature is not normally required but we encourage you to provide an address where someone is able to receive your parcel. Australian orders will be delivered by Australia Post usually within 14 business days. Delivery charges shown on this website.
International deliveries can vary depending on the destination. Please allow 10-20 business days, (excluding customs delays) for a delivery outside of Australia.
If the customer has made an error in typing the wrong address causing the parcel to be returned to Aloe Vera of Australia Pty Ltd, the customer must prepay the postage cost prior to their order being re-mailed. If the address provided by the customer was incorrect and the product is lost in transit no refund will be authorised.
Aloe Vera of Australia’s products are manufactured to strict quality assurance standards and compliant to GMP and when dispatched to you our customer, are in perfect condition. Product can be returned or exchanged, should it be damaged in transit.
